Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy I kindly require at least 48 hours’ notice for all cancellations, reschedules, or appointment adjustments. + If you provide less than 48 hours’ notice, 35% of the scheduled service fee will be charged to the card on file. + For same-day cancellations or no-shows, 80% of the scheduled service fee will be charged. I understand that emergencies happen. In cases of illness or urgent situations, your appointment can be rescheduled without any fees. Please note, if the card on file declines any of these charges, future appointments cannot be booked until the balance is paid in full. Late Arrival Policy Punctuality is important to ensure the best experience for all clients. I offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive within this timeframe, I will do my best to accommodate your appointment. However, please note that your service may need to be adjusted to fit the remaining time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be considered a no-show, and the cancellation policy will apply. Redo Policy Your satisfaction is my top priority! If you are unhappy with your service, you may request an adjustment within 9 days of your appointment. + adjustments are offered to address any concerns with the original service and do not cover changes to the original request or a completely new style Please note, redos will not be provided if the hair has been altered by another stylist or through at-home treatments after your appointment.
